1. What is recuperation?
The use of food to affect all aspects of the body's functions, so that it can obtain health or defense against disease, a health preservation method, referred to as "diet convalescence". It is generally believed that food is an edible substance that provides various nutrients (including protein, carbohydrate, fat, minerals, vitamins, water, etc.) for human growth, development and healthy survival. That is to say, the main function of food is nutrition. In fact, Chinese medicine has long recognized that food can not only provide nutrition for the body, but also cure diseases. As Zhang Xichun, a modern physician, once pointed out in the book "Medical Intension in Shenxi Lu", food "not only cures the disease, but also fills the hunger; not only fills the hunger, but also palatable, with the symptoms, the disease gradually heals, that is, not symptoms, no other diseases". It can be seen that food itself has two functions: nourishing and curing.
More classical saying is: food is the best medicine for human disease, diet and recuperation is to use various nutrients in food instead of drug ingredients to treat disease, restore cell function, and restore human health. Advanced balanced nutrients can enhance the function of cell nutrition and metabolism, and enable cells to obtain powerful energy; at the same time, they can activate healthy immune genes, increase cellular immune activity and double the number of immune cells; they can enable immune cells to release a large number of specific immunoglobulins, directly kill invading bacteria and viruses, and directly neutralize and remove absorbed cells. Physical and chemical substances; Strong immune cells can directly phagocytize dead cells and discarded metabolites, help the cells with low function to restore their function, in order to achieve the purpose of treating diseases. Hippocrates, known as the father of medicine, said that medication is better than food treatment. Food is the best medicine for human diseases. He believes that the innate natural immunity of the human body is the real end of disease.
2. Baby Fish and Health Care
The doll fish belongs to Amphibians, Caudata and Cryptobranchidae. Originated 350 million years ago, earlier than human beings, and dinosaurs are contemporary products. It is a typical amphibian animal from aquatic to terrestrial overgrowth. It has epoch-making significance in the history of biological evolution. It is known as "living ginseng in water" and "soft gold" by experts and "giant panda in water" by foreign countries. It is a rare, special and precious wild species and belongs to the second-class national protection. Animals are listed in Appendix I to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
Where is the health value of baby fish? The flesh of baby fish is delicate and delicious. It contains high quality protein, fatty acid, amino acid and trace elements. It has high nutritional value. It is regarded as a rare tonic in the markets of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
Protein content of doll fish is more than 80%. The protein content of second generation giant salamander powder rich in protein was more than 80% after testing by Pani Testing Group, a third-party authority in China. Protein is the basis of life. Without protein, there would be no life. Protein is involved in every cell and all important components of the body, and is constantly renewed and metabolized in the body. Immune cells, organs and molecules are all made up of proteins. Immune defense, immune surveillance and immune self-stabilization are all functions of proteins; all enzymes, antibodies and hormones are proteins. Protein also participates in the digestion, absorption, transportation and so on of other nutrients.
Baby fish is rich in amino acids. The muscle protein of giant salamander contains 18 kinds of amino acids. The total amount of amino acids, essential amino acids and delicious amino acids are high, 17.10%, 6.93% and 7.46% respectively. According to the FAO/WHO (1973) standard model of protein essential amino acid, the essential amino acid score of muscle protein of giant salamander was calculated. The results showed that the content of protein essential amino acid in muscle of giant salamander was high and the proportion of protein essential amino acid was good, which fully accorded with the human requirement model. The lysine score was 1.75. Most of the Chinese people live on cereals, which lack lysine. Salamander food can make up for the deficiency of lysine and greatly improve the utilization rate of food protein. The essential amino acids of giant salamander are most suitable for human needs, far superior to abalone, bird's nest and shark's fin.
Rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Although the fat content in muscle of giant salamander is not high, the essential fatty acid content in fat is high. Linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidonic acid are 799, 286, 446 mg/kg, respectively. Especially, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is abundant, reaching 1463 mg/kg. It has the characteristics of similar essential fatty acid composition and higher DHA content to deep-sea fish. DHA, commonly known as "Brain Gold", is a kind of polyunsaturated fatty acid which is very important to human body. It is very important for infant's intelligence and vision development. It has the functions of preventing myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, reducing blood lipid, atherosclerosis, coronary atherosclerosis, antioxidant free radical scavenging, anti-aging and so on. So giant salamanders are also called "brain gold". The content of MUFA and PUFA in tail oil of giant salamander was 49.42% and 29.35%, respectively. MUFA can improve blood lipid and blood sugar levels and reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease.
Rich in collagen. The skin of giant salamander contains a large number of active collagen Collagen and epidermal active whitening factor CHF. These two active factors have strong affinity to human body, do not produce rejection, and have the cosmetic effects of whitening, wrinkle removing and detoxification.
Rich in vitamins. The liver of giant salamander is rich in vitamin A and D. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to rickets, osteomalacia and so on. Vitamin D deficiency is very common in China. There are very few foods containing vitamin D in natural food. The liver of giant salamander is the best food source for obtaining vitamin D. Vitamin A is very helpful for maintaining normal visual function, immune system and reproductive system. The rate of vitamin A deficiency in children is in part in China. The proportion of subclinical vitamin A is higher, which can reduce the body resistance of children and cause high incidence of infectious diseases such as respiratory tract and digestive tract. The liver of giant salamander is the best food source for obtaining vitamin A.
Rich in trace elements. Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Se and Mg are abundant in the muscle of juvenile fish, which can provide abundant minerals for human body. Fe plays an important role in the process of respiration and biological oxidation. Iron deficiency can cause iron deficiency anemia. Ca is the main component of bone and teeth, and participates in normal nerve impulse conduction. Zinc is a component or activator of many enzymes in the body. Zinc deficiency can affect fetal development and may lead to adolescent sexual development disorders. Se protects cardiovascular and myocardial health and is a natural heavy metal detoxification. Mg is an activator of many enzymes and a protective factor for cardiovascular diseases. Lack of Mg is manifested by muscle spasm, which can lead to mental disorders in severe cases.
Baby fish is rich in protein, essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, trace elements and so on, so baby fish is the best health product.
